Hi guys

It is with great pleasure that I present you with the Sam Sharpe Teachers’ College Past Students Association’s first annual budget. Please take some time to review this document as it forms the core of our fund-raising efforts for 2007-08. At the close of our books for this year we may see variances but, based on our knowledge and expectation it is a great start, and the best estimates we are able to obtain. Thanks for the input from various people; we have been put on the path to success.

Our course of action is now laid and it is with absolute commitment, and service that we must engage our efforts to achieve excellence in our upcoming projects. The Mega Raffle will be launched on campus during the Official Visit to the college. To date, we have had confirmations from The President of the New York chapter and the Deputy Chair of the CEB who will join me for this special occasion. We are asking as many people as possible to converge on the college on February 21, 2008 for this momentous occasion.

Our year is going great, the Education/Medical/Dental teams are enjoying a measure of success boasting teachers, doctors/ dentists, nurses and other medical and educational professionals, both locally and internationally.

I would like to express my congratulations to the graduating batch of 2007. I Remember When.... Graduation is scheduled for December 9th, 2007.
